Finding new ways to eat the same foods can be difficult. My mission continues. The struggle is real.
Cycle 2 allows me to bring some additional items in my meal structure. Legumes, some natural starches, lean cuts of meat that were not allowed in Cycle 1, shellfish and some starchy vegetables.
