Green Ginger Berry Smoothie 


INGREDIENTS

3 Cups Spinach or Kale, tightly packed

1 Cup Water or Coconut Water

3/4 Cup Blueberries or Strawberries

2 Ripe Bananas

2 Tbsp Fresh Ginger

4 Ice Cubes

Optional: 1/2 Cup Avocado

Required equiment: Blender (I use a Ninja)
