Kale, Black eye pea and quinoa soup

  • Tomatoes  [can or fresh]
  • Cooked peas
  • Chicken broth 
  • Kale
  • Cabbage
  • Brussel Sprouts
  • Seasoning 
  • Cooked Quinoa or add uncooked after soup has cooked down. Put lid on and turn off heat. Let sit aprox 12 minutes.

Just throw it in a pot and that’s it. Lol
